All products come with a tracking number so in the rare event of an item being lost or damaged in the mail you will receive a full refund or Replacement.

Returns are accepted, no questions asked for up to 30 days from the day of delivery, if you choose to return an item that is as described and not damaged on arrival, the cost for return shipping is payable by you and we will refund the original purchase amount when we receive the product back from you.

For items damaged on arrival or not as described, please send photos or video of the damage to liam@diycraftsproject.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
