Tracking Your Order

All orders come with a tracking number, which protects us both in the rare event (less than 1%) of damage during transport, or your parcel getting lost. 

24 - 48 hours after you order, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and a text message if you so choose to enter your number (which i would advise for the added security and notification alerts) 

To track your order copy and paste your tracking code over to www.Cjpacket.com

In the above example which took 10 days to the USA, you can see in the far right "last mile delivery tracking number" this is different than the original tracking number we send to you.

Both tracking numbers will work just fine, but ours is international, once your parcel clears local customs, it will be assigned a second tracking number by the local post that handle the final leg of delivery, in this case the USPS

 

Very occasionally an order may run into issues at customs clearance or along the way, if you notice any errors or anything strange on your tracking, please notify me asap.
